There in April service and staff excellent
Best care ever. Fast call lights answered. Great food. Friendly employees.
They found out what was wrong with my ex husband when the 2 other hospitals that he were in just discharged him without diagnosising him with anything. He could of died without the doctors of St. John's hospital
In the last month I have been there for heart problems. I AM a heart patient and I let them know. Been well taken care of by staff from start to finish. Remember this is a teaching hospital. They are busy and you MUST communicate your medical history to them. Hasn't always been this way at this hospital but they have improved 99 percent!!!
I would give them zero stars if I could. I was take. To ER. I was incoherent and you could tell by the charting they believed everything I said. They shouldn’t have I was incoherent. They should have been able to look at my 15 year electronic medical record and know my health history. You can tell by charting that was to much work. I also had an A fib attack in the ER. was discharged without a word about it. Also left in a wet bed, nurse knew about and left me their. Last time I will be going their. Was treated terribly

I have been in the Ascension Moross may times since 2020. Last Surgery was August 15,2022. I have been given great service while In this hospital. Great care by nurses,aides. I live in Clinton twp , but this is my go to hospital.
