While ERGs have long played an important role in mitigating discrimination on the basis of race, gender and sexuality, only recently have they begun to engage with another, less-talked-about type of discrimination: ageism.

In a survey conducted by AgeFriendly.org, two-thirds of older adults reveal they are likely to delay retirement if it means they’ll have flexible conditions such as part-time work from home. 

Last month, we asked for your input on a survey about ageism. Thanks to your thoughtful responses, we were able to collect and analyze data on what ageism looks like for those experiencing it firsthand.
