I've seen rides being offered to the elderly who are walking especially to those with slight disability in their legs.
Neighbors range from 30's to 70's. Everyone is courteous, although not too close in friendliness neighbors will wave as they drive by and acknowledge each other. If wrong mail is delivered to their address, they come and drop it off at your house. People walk their dogs and children play outside of their homes. Older neighbors sit outside, watch and waive at passer by's
general livability, care working, education, transportation & very friendly people.
I have worked in the NorhWest of town for over 25yrs I feel Safe anywhere I have worked in.
They offer alot of elderly programs and activities formore mature age groups. San antonio is very family and religous based where we still step in and care for our loved ones or make arrangements to do so.
