Easy for transportation and getting around every is very close together.
The neighborhood is diverse in terms of age, nationality, and culture. My experience is that the neighborhood is friendly toward everyone. There is a mix of actively woking individuals, middle school teens, and retired adults all working to maintain a safe, liveable environment in the community. The neighborhood center housing a plice station whose personnel are very active in presenting programs for the entire neighborhood.
It's a safe place.
Neighbors are always looking out for each other , going out the extra mile to help someone in need by giving a helping hand to carry groceries upstairs .
