Malden is a safe family friendly area with good school system and resources. Transportation is very accessible and an abundance of shopping and food are also available.

Because it's easy to get everything you need nearby and easy to use public transportation


I actually just moved here a few months ago so I haven't been able to really venture out yet but it has public transportation, I see various of different ages around in the neighborhood, and a lot of different restaurants.
