It's a family community
It's a gated community. Everyone helps each other out and looks out for you. The community offers meetings to keep in touch with the members of the community to organize events, to solve any problems that may be going on within the community. Every weekend since covid-19 has started the community leaders have food trucks come into the community on Saturday nights and everyone follows CDC guidelines on face masks and social distancing. We have an amazing playground, basketball court, swimming pool, gym and recreational room where weddings are hosted, birthday parties, and kids from the neighborhood are in there playing pool, darts, and being together. The community always looks beautiful and well groomed. It's a beautiful place to live and to be apart of.
Livability, close to shopping,
This city has alot of retirees and snow birds.
There low traffic most all the time. DMV,Post office , general center etc are all very close. A.J. is not that big. It's also very close to the salt river and at the foot of the superstition mts. Gosh I shouldn't be telling you all this I don't want more people here!
