I went to doctors there and was not seen, this happened to me twice. Once I took the afternoon off and went there only to be told my doctor “is in a meeting and cannot see you today”. Another time (different doctor) I went for an appointment and was told, “The doctor is not in, you will have .to reschedule”. I switched to Beth Israel and they are much more professional

Staff seems annoyed all the time. They actually asked me if I could make my husband behave better! He was sitting on the side of the bed instead of lying down. And they sent me home one night at 11 pm on a bus because they couldn't find anything wrong with me. Yet next day my GP found C6 damage, explaining really awful pain they had totally disregarded. "Go to a pain clinic." They most certainly do not deserve a 5. I will never go back
Hate the place.
