Windsor is a town in Hartford County, Connecticut, United States, and was the first English settlement in the state. It lies on the northern border of Connecticut's capital, Hartford. I live in a complex that is most the elderly or retirees. They are so kind and warm hearted to me I'm always on the go to help and bring up their groceries they are open to playing with my dog and theirs.
I see lots of older buildings & older people in the center of town
Windsor is a very safe and peaceful town, you'll always find a friendly citizen anywhere. You never have to worry about come being committed or anything of that sort, I've lived here all my life and i wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
