It's a mixed neighborhood. Everyone gets along well. The young help The old and the old help the young.
Nice community, all ages: children/infants to grandparents. Nice area
Because people in these 2 areas are friendly, easy access on roadways, nice dining areas, the greenery is breath-taking
This community is age friendly because there are several senior communities, single family homes, libraries, hospitals and other amenities that are within walking distance to each other. Both public and private transportation (bus, taxi, subway & train) are easily accessible. The area is family oriented, having daycare facilities, parks and schools (Pre-K thru K-12). This community is close to at least three primary city centers that provides employment (Security, Baltimore and Towson). Shopping is also easily accessible (two malls).
Its safe, very quiet, reliable transportation, a lot of jobs around
