Some of them are seniors and they do not like changes.
Everyone is friendly and works to help each other out when needed
very friendly people of all ages, though higher percentage of retired, and northerners. Very engaging, people have various activities to share in - swim aerobics, sports, bikes, community gatherings.
A very popular retirement destination. Lots for seniors to do.
I find most people to respect me as a professional based on my years of experience working with students of all ages from diverse backgrounds. I also have my Educational Specialist's Degree, and I am certified to teach in five areas. I believe that most parents place a high priority on my reputation, professionalism, and experience rather than being concerned about the educator's age.
