They very friendly I would assume I'm always at work or school can really say much but I know when take my daughter to the park every one seem nice with us
This neighborhood is age friendly as all the neighbors have older people living in every house and the neighborhood is very friendly. We all help each other constantly.
Gentrification is in process, as I and my son, both of whom collect Social Security benefits are currently fighting an eviction in housing court. In addition, parents of children in the neighborhood, most of whom are immigrants from third world countries, fail to rein in their screaming offspring.

Everett is an emerging age friendly community. This means it is pursuing an age friendly designation.
